Egg sliders for breakfast recipe details
A simple little breakfast sandwich to use up some slider buns.
Ready in: 8 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 2- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp milk
- 8 slider buns
Preparation method
Prep: 3 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Crack the eggs in a bowl and add the milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until mostly combined, about 30 seconds.
2. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
3. When the butter starts to bubble, add the egg mixture. Now we’ll make scrambled eggs. Slide a spatula down the sides of the pan as the eggs start to firm up, and continue sliding along the sides and bottom of the pan until the eggs are no longer runny. This will take about 3 minutes.
4. Put the eggs on the slider buns and serve!
