Ingredients
4 large | eggs, boiled, peeled, halved |
100 g | coconut, shredded |
4 large | onions, chopped |
2 tbsp | chili powder |
2 medium | tomatoes, chopped |
2 tbsp | ginger garlic paste |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
salt, to taste |
Instructions
Prepare eggs.Heat the skillet and add 1 tablespoon oil, onion, garlic ginger paste and coconut. Fry for about 2 minutes, add a little water and make a fine paste.
Add chili powder, tomatoes and mix well. Add more water to get the desired consistency and add salt. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5-10 minutes.
Add the halved boiled eggs and mix.
Serving suggestion:Serve with rice.
