Easy food processor banana bread details
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 medium bananas (very ripe)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Make sure you moderately oil sides and bottom of a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Make smooth puree from 3 medium bananas. Put sugar and eggs in.
Turn on the processor and process for 15 seconds. With motor running, add oil through the tube. Remove cover, scrape down the sides, add vanilla and other dry ingredients.
Mix the content well by turning the motor on and off a few times. This way the mixture will get mixed really well, but make sure you do not over-process the content.
Add nuts to the mixture. Chop the nuts by quickly processing the content for a few seconds and then turn off the processor. Repeat a few times.
Turn batter into pan and put the pan in the preheated oven to bake for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. There should be little to none resistance when inserting tootpick.
Let the bread cool in pan for 15 minutes, then put out on a cake rack to cool completely (will take about 1 hour).
