Easter fudge recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | unsweetened chocolate |
60 ml | evaporated milk |
½ tsp | vanilla |
1 tsp | sugar |
some | instant vanilla pudding powder |
some | nuts, chopped |
Instructions
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over boiling water. Add evaporated milk and stir, for 2 minutes. Add vanilla and sugar. Stir again.Spread into a small pie pan and chill. Cut into 8 pieces.
Form into egg-shaped balls and then roll in pudding powder or chopped nuts.
