Dublin burgers with potato wedges recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | sausage meat |
4 slice(s) | Irish farm cheese, thick cut |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
6 | sun-dried tomatoes, sliced |
salt and pepper | |
6 | potatoes, cut into wedges |
some | olive oil |
balsamic vinegar | |
1 bulb(s) | garlic |
coarse sea salt |
Instructions
Brush the potatoes with olive oil. Evenly divide them on a baking tray and put the unpeeled garlic cloves in between. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Bake the potatoes in the hot oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown and done.Mix the parsley into the sausage meat. Evenly divide the sausage meat into 4 portions. Form into balls, then flatten. In a skillet, fry the burgers on both sides over medium heat until brown and crispy or roast the burgers on a grill.
Take the baked potatoes out of the oven.
Switch the oven grill to high. Place a slice of cheese onto each burger, garnish with some tomato slices and grill briefly until the cheese starts to melt.
Drizzle some drops of balsamic vinegar over the potatoes and serve with the burgers.
