Ingredients
200 g | yoghurt, low fat |
150 g | cream cheese, low fat |
1 tbsp | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
5 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
1 tbsp | fresh dill, finely chopped |
Instructions
Blend yoghurt and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Stir in dill and onions and season to taste with lemon juice, garlic and salt.Great dip for any raw vegetables or steamed fish.
