Dark Temptation Chocolate Muffins recipe

|60 g||cocoa powder|
|60 g||ground hazelnuts|
|2 tsp||baking powder|
|125 g||sour cream|
|250 ml||whipping cream|
|1 pack(s)||vanilla sugar|
|200 g||fresh strawberries, diced|
|2 tbsp||chocolate flakes|
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and oil until creamy. Stir in the cocoa, nuts, flour and the baking powder. Add the sour cream and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the batter into buttered muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. Cut off the muffin lids. Place the muffin lids in a bowl and crumble. Combine with the chocolate flakes.
Whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the strawberries. Top the muffins with the strawberry cream. Sprinkle with the chocolate and crumble mixture and serve.
