Curry tuna fish sandwiches recipe details
Ingredients
1. 1 can tuna in water(drained)2. 2 tsp green onions (chopped)
3. 2 tbsp mayonnaise
4. 1 tsp Dijon mustard
5. 2 lettuce leaves
6. Dill pickles (diced)
7. 1 medium tomato(sliced)
8. 4 slices whole wheat bread
9. Salt to taste
10. Pepper to taste
11. Curry powder to taste
12. Olive oil
Method of preparation
1. Heat a non stick pan. Sprinkle some oil on it and toast the bread slices.
2. Now take some olive oil in a pan and put the tuna, onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, tomatoes, dill, salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix all these nicely.
3. Lay the lettuce leaves on the bread and spread the tuna mix on these.
