Ingredients

100 g	chocolate wafer crumbs
2 tbsp	butter, melted
	For the Filling:
300 g	raspberries
300 ml	grape juice
250 g	cream cheese
2 tbsp	confectioners’ sugar
800 ml	whipping cream, whipped
	For garnish:
	grated chocolate

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased a springform pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Combine the raspberries, juice, cream cheese and sugar in a blender. Cover and process until smooth.

Pour into a large bowl and fold in the whipped topping. Pour over the crust.

Cover and freeze for 4-6 hours. Garnish with grated chocolate if desired.
