Creamed Eggs recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 tbsp | butter |
50 g | celery, chopped |
1 large | green bell pepper, chopped |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
300 ml | milk |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
5 medium | eggs, hard boiled |
8 | olives, sliced |
Instructions
Melt butter with vegetable oil in a large pan. Add chopped celery, green pepper, and onion.
Sauté vegetables until tender.
Add milk and cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
Add hard cooked eggs and olives and heat through. Stir well until egg mixture is creamy. Spread over toast.
