Ingredients
250 g | cream cheese, soft |
60 g | butter, soft |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | parsley, fresh snipped |
1 tbsp | water |
2 tsp | vinegar, white wine |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp | Mediterranean spices, crushed, see recipe about Mediterranean spices |
¼ tsp | salt |
Instructions
In a medium bowl stir together the cream cheese, butter, parsley, garlic, water, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, Mediterranean spices and seasoning salt. Cover and refrigerate over night.Serve garnished with fresh thyme or any other fresh Mediterranean herbs and crackers or baguette.
