This recipe was created by my late father. The flavors blend together for a real hit.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 12 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 – 1 cup of milk or cream
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Boil the potatoes for 20 min or until fork tender. Drain all of the water of the potatoes. Place the butter, cream cheese, and milk in the mixer. Add the potatoes. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
