Corn fritters recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup bacon grease (warm)
- all-purpose pancake mix
Combine everything except pancake mix. Mix thoroughly. Add enough pancake mix to make a medium-thick batter. Fry fritters in a little bacon grease (as a pancake). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with warm maple syrup.
