Instructions:
Bottom:In a double boiler, combine sugar, warm water, cocoa, chocolate, and margarine until melted.
Let it cool.
Top:Combine sugar, margarine, and shortening.
Beat in eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Divide cooled chocolate between 2 unbaked 8-inch pie shells.
Spoon 1/2 of the top batter over the chocolate layer, working from the outside in.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
