Coconut bon bons recipe details
Ingredients
115 g | butter |
400 g | sugar |
340 g | coconut |
650 g | semisweet chocolate |
4 tbsp | shortening |
400 ml | condensed milk |
Instructions
In a mixing bowl combine condensed milk, butter, sugar and coconut. Mix well. Cover with wax paper and chill for 24 hours.Melt chocolate with shortening and set aside.
Using your hands, roll coconut mixture into balls and using a fork or a large spoon dip the balls into the chocolate.
Drop on wax paper to cool and dry.
