Cocoa syrup recipe details
Ingredients
60 g | cocoa |
4510 ml | water |
400 g | brown sugar |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
In a saucepan bring sugar and half of water to the boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.Stir in cocoa and cornstarch with rest of cold water and add to boiling syrup. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and leave to cool. Fill into bottles and store in a dry and cool place.
