Clam balls recipe details
Ingredients
300 g clams, minced |
120 g bread crumbs |
1 medium onion, chopped |
½ green pepper, chopped |
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
30 g Parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tbsp parsley flakes |
1 tsp paprika |
½ tsp hot pepper sauce |
8 tbsp butter, melted |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.
Pour clams and bread crumbs into a large bowl. Toss. Add onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, parsley, paprika, hot pepper sauce, salt, pepper, and melted butter.
Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Form into balls about and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes at 150°C / 300°F.
