Christmas tea viii recipe details
Ingredients
3 tsp | tea |
500 ml | water |
100 g | rock sugar, white |
1 | lemon |
500 ml | sherry, dry |
250 ml | arrak |
Instructions
Prepare tea as usual.Dissolve rock sugar in tea, add lemon juice, sherry and arrak and heat up close to boiling point, but do not boil.
Serve in preheated fireproof glasses.
