450 ml | tea |
1 piece(s) | lemon, untreated, peel and juice |
125 g | sugar |
750 ml | white wine |
125 ml | rum |
Instructions
Prepare tea as usual and let lemon peel soak in hot tea for about 10 minutes.Pour tea, white wine, lemon juice and sugar into a pot and bring to the boil.
Remove from the heat and pour rum into the pot just before serving.
