450 ml tea
1 piece(s) lemon, untreated, peel and juice
125 g sugar
750 ml white wine
125 ml rum

Instructions

Prepare tea as usual and let lemon peel soak in hot tea for about 10 minutes.

Pour tea, white wine, lemon juice and sugar into a pot and bring to the boil.

Remove from the heat and pour rum into the pot just before serving.
