Ingredients
1 piece(s) | lemon, untreated, peel and juice |
700 ml | tea, black and strong |
80 g | sugar |
250 ml | calvados |
250 ml | rum |
250 ml | red wine, dry |
Instructions
Prepare tea as usual.Place lemon peel in a pot and add hot tea, cover and let flavours mingle for 15 minutes.
Remove lemon peel and add sugar.
Stir until sugar has dissolved. Add calvados, rum and red wine, cut lemon into thin slices and add to the pot.
Stir gently, heat up and serve in fireproof glasses.
