9 tsp tea
750 ml water
1500 ml red wine, dry
200 g rock sugar, white
1 piece(s) lemon
250 ml arrak

Instructions

Prepare tea as usual.

Add wine and rock sugar and heat up close to boiling point, but do not boil.

Add arrak and lemon juice and serve in preheated fireproof glasses.
