Ingredients

180 g white chocolate chips
60 ml whipping cream
2 tbsp bourbon, optional
180 g almonds, finely ground
100 g shredded coconut flakes

Instructions

Place chocolate chips and cream in a medium bowl set over a pan of hot water. Stir until melted.

Stir in bourbon and almonds.

Spread mixture in a lightly greased 8inchx8inch/20cmx20cmbaking pan and chill for about one hour, until firm.

Place coconut flakes into a ball.

Cut into small squares and roll each square into a ball. Then roll in coconut until coated well and keep chilled until serving.
