Christmas snowballs recipe details
Ingredients
180 g | white chocolate chips |
60 ml | whipping cream |
2 tbsp | bourbon, optional |
180 g | almonds, finely ground |
100 g | shredded coconut flakes |
Instructions
Place chocolate chips and cream in a medium bowl set over a pan of hot water. Stir until melted.Stir in bourbon and almonds.
Spread mixture in a lightly greased 8inchx8inch/20cmx20cmbaking pan and chill for about one hour, until firm.
Place coconut flakes into a ball.
Cut into small squares and roll each square into a ball. Then roll in coconut until coated well and keep chilled until serving.
