Christmas snowball cookies recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
300 g | flour |
100 g | almonds, chopped |
100 g | desiccated coconut |
50 g | icing sugar |
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add flour, almonds and coconut.Roll the dough into little balls – this is best done with damp hands.
Place them on a baking tray, covered with baking paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sift icing sugar over the snowballs as soon as you take them out the oven.
Hint: Bake a double batch, they do not last.
