Ingredients
15 kg | lamb, boneless leg or shoulder cut into 20mm cubes |
1 l | cooking oil |
Lamb Marinade | |
2 tbsp | vinegar |
4 tbsp | cooking oil |
4 tbsp | meat stock |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 | onion |
1 tsp | rosemary, dried |
black peppercorns, grounded to taste |
Instructions
Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinate the meat for 3 hours.Remove the meat from the marinade and dry it with paper towel.
Heat the cooking oil to boiling point.
Skewer a cube onto a fondue fork and let the meat cook for about 2 minutes.
Serve with a variety of sauces and bread.
