Christmas chocolate chunks recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | double cream |
400 g | chocolate, cut into pieces |
4 tbsp | butter, softened |
2 tbsp | cocoa powder |
Instructions
In a small saucepan cook the cream over medium heat until reduced to 2 tablespoons. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and stir the mixture until the chocolate has melted. Stir in the butter. Pour the mixture onto a plate and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Remove the plate from the refrigerator and spoon small bite-sized chunks of the mixture on a sheet of baking parchment. Sieve the cocoa powder over the chunks.
Return to the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes, then serve on a plate.
