Christmas cake cookies recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | dates, chopped |
100 g | candied pineapple, chopped |
150 g | candied cherries, chopped |
300 g | mincemeat |
200 g | butter |
200 g | sugar |
2 medium | eggs, beaten |
250 g | flour |
1 tsp | baking soda |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
Instructions
Combine chopped fruits and 60g flour, set aside.In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar, add eggs and mix well. Stir in all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Drop by spoonful in ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
