Chocolate zucchini cake recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | zucchini, peeled, grated |
120 ml | olive oil |
2 tsp | vanilla |
200 g | flour |
230 g | sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1 ½ tsp | baking soda |
50 g | cocoa |
Instructions
Mix grated zucchini with the oil and vanilla. In another separate bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Combine both mixtures, stirring by hand.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
