Chocolate syrup recipe details
Ingredients
900 ml | water |
400 g | sugar |
2 tbsp | cornstarch |
2 tsp | vanilla sugar |
120 g | chocolate |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
some | milk |
Instructions
Put sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, about 5 minutes.Dissolve cornstarch with a little cold water and add to the saucepan. Then add chocolate and salt and stir until smooth. Cook for three minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Add vanilla sugar and place in jar. Fill each jar with 2 tbsp of the syrup adding hot or very cold milk. Mix well when ready to serve.
