Chocolate Poppy Seed Cake recipe

Ingredients
50 g | dark chocolate, (70 % cocoa) |
100 g | butter |
80 g | sugar |
3 medium | eggs |
50 g | flour |
50 g | starch flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
100 g | ground poppy seeds |
1 dash(es) | salt |
Instructions
Cover the bottom of a 20 cm springform with baking paper, grease the sides.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Chop chocolate. Separate eggs. Mix butter with half of sugar, stir in the yolks. Mix flour, starch, baking powder, chocolate and poppy seeds. Add to butter cream and mix well. Beat egg white with salt and rest of sugar until stiff and fold in.
Fill in the springform and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
