Ingredients
250 g | chocolate chips |
180 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Take from heat and add chocolate chips. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, stir until smooth. Leave to cool for a few minutes and then beat until soft and fluffy.Preparation time:
