Ingredients

250 g	chocolate chips
180 ml	whipping cream

Instructions

Heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Take from heat and add chocolate chips. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, stir until smooth. Leave to cool for a few minutes and then beat until soft and fluffy.
