Ingredients
200 g | sugar |
200 ml | water |
700 g | chocolate |
4 tbsp | golden syrup |
4 | oranges, cut in bite sized pieces |
4 | bananas, cut in bite sized pieces |
2 | apples, cut in bite sized pieces |
1 | pineapple, cut in bite sized pieces |
500 g | grapes |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is melted.Break the chocolate into even pieces. In a heatproof bowl set, melt the chocolate over a pan of hot water. Pour in the sugar syrup and the golden syrup and stir until well combined.
Place the fruit pieces on a serving plate and serve together with the hot chocolate. Put the fruit on a skewer and dip it into the chocolate, then enjoy!
