Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 1/3 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Preparation method
Prep: 35 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. With a paddle mix together sugar, oil, and milk.
3. Add the egg; mix until incorporated.
4. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and vanilla; mix until fully incorporated.
5. Pat dough into a log shape and put in freezer for 20 minutes.
