Chocolate Coconut Cookies recipe

Ingredients
400 ml | condensed milk |
180 g | chocolate chips |
150 g | shredded coconut |
115 g | pecans, chopped |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
⅛ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C. Grease a baking sheet and place on a baking tray.
Melt chococlate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Add condensed milk and stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in coconut, pecans, vanilla and salt.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 cm apart onto prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
