Chocolate Coconut Balls recipe

Ingredients
230 g | confectioners’ sugar |
130 g | shredded coconut |
90 g | almonds, chopped |
200 ml | sweetened condensed milk |
340 g | chocolate chips |
2 tbsp | shortening |
Instructions
Combine the sugar, coconut, almonds and milk in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into small balls. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.Melt chocolate chips in a bowl over simmering water and stir utnil smooth.
Dip chilled balls in the chocolate and let excess drip off. Place on waxed paper and let stand until set.
Store in an airtight container.
