Chocolate chip cheesecake recipe details
Ingredients
115 g | creme filled cookies, crushed |
3 tbsp | butter |
250 g | cream cheese, softened |
400 ml | condensed milk |
3 medium | eggs |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
170 g | chocolate chips |
1 tsp | flour |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Mix well and press on bottom of a springform pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
In small bowl, toss half amount of the chocolate chips with flour to coat. Add into cream cheese mixture and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips over top.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill in fridge.
