Ingredients
40 | Shortbread cookies |
370 g | coconut oil |
3 | eggs |
2 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
175 g | cocoa powder |
3 tbsp | rum |
50 g | sugar |
Instructions
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add the cocoa, rum and coconut oil and stir until well combined.Line a cake tin with baking paper. Divide a layer of the cookies on the bottom and spread with some of the paste. Layer again cookies and continue until all is used up, ending with a layer of the paste. Place into the fridge overnight.
To serve, turn over and cut in slices.
