Chocolate bark a favorite in 15 minutes recipe details
Delicious chocolate/toffee, crispy candy. Ideal as a gift when going to friends or serve at home as a nibbler.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 sleeve soda crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) package MILK chocolate chips
- 1 (6 ounce) package sliced almonds
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees c). Spray 8 by 10 cooking pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom of the pan with soda crackers (salt side up).
2. Put butter, orange zest and sugar in saucepan, simmer to melt, and bring to boiling point. Stirring constantly, boil for exactly 5 minutes(don’t stop the stirring for anything else). Remove from heat and pour over the crackers.
3. Put pan in oven for exactly 5 minutes.
4. Remove then pour chocolate chips over the mix and gently smooth over the chips till fully melted.
5. Sprinkle plenty of the sliced almonds on top and pat into the chocolate. Put pan into refrigerator till cold.
6. Remove then break up into pieces, a little wastage will occur but they are good to chow on too. Keeps well in fridge.
