Chinese fruit salad recipe details
Ingredients
1 | apple, peeled, cored and diced |
1 | pear, peeled, cored and diced |
1 | orange, peeled and sliced |
½ | pineapple, peeled and diced |
½ | cucumber, seeded and diced |
For the dressing: | |
1 tsp | Sambal Ulek |
2 tsp | sugar |
1 tsp | Tabasco sauce |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
To garnish: | |
2 tbsp | coconut flakes |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the apple, pear, orange, pineapple and cucumber.Mix together the sambal ulek, sugar, Tabasco sauce and soy sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix carefully, cover and allow to steep for 3 hours.
Serve sprinkled with coconut flakes.
