Ingredients

  1. Fish pieces – 12
  2. Ginger – ½ tsp (grated)
  3. Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  4. Egg whites – of 2 eggs
  5. Corn flour – 1 cup
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish pieces in ginger, soya sauce and salt for 2 hours
  2. Beat egg whites in a bowl
  3. Take out corn flour in a dish
  4. Coat fish pieces with corn flour and then dip in egg whites
  5. Heat oil in a wok (karahi) and fry fish pieces in it one by one
  6. When fritters turn golden on both sides, place them on a paper towel and serve
