Chicken Salad with Sundried Tomatoes

I pull all the meat off a rotisserie chicken, cut it into small bite size pieces, and add paprika, dry mustard, mayo, and celery. Sample as you fold in all the ingredients!

- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin and bones removed, chopped into bite size pieces
- 1 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
- 2 stems celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Prep: 2 hours 15 mins
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl, and sample as you go. Add more or less to please yourself. Place in fridge for 2 hours.
