Ingredients
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
650 g | chicken breast fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 | egg |
50 g | ground almonds |
50 g | breadcrumbs |
4 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Break the egg into a soup plate and whisk slightly with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. In another plate mix the almonds and the breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg first and into the breadcrumb mixture afterwards.In a pan heat the oil. Fry the chicken nuggets over medium heat until golden and crispy all around. Drain on kitchen paper and serve together with a fresh salad.
