Ingredients
Serves: 5- 3 cups uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (9.75 ounce) can chicken breast in water, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions. Stir the broccoli and carrots into the boiling pasta during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain well in colander, then return the pasta to the pot.
2. Stir in the remaining ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese, and cook over medium heat until hot. Sprinkle with cheese to serve.
