Ingredients
- Chicken – 1kg (balti Cut)
- Tomato Puree – 1 cup
- Black Pepper – 2 tbspoon
- Green Chili – 7/8
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Hot Spices (garam masala) powder – to sprinkle
- Ginger/Garlic Paste – 1 tbl sp
- Oil – as required
Instructions
- Put oil in a pan and fry chicken with ginger/garlic paste
- Add yogurt and tomato puree and fry
- Add salt, green chili, black pepper and fry till the chicken changes color and is tender.
- Sprinkle hot spices powder and fresh coriander to serve.
