|75 g||soft butter|
|250 g||curd cheese, low fat|
|200 g||cream cheese|
|2 tsp||lemon juice|
|1 tsp||grated lemon zest|
|150 g||cheeries, without kernel|
Use small springform (diameter 20 cm.
Cover the bottom of the springform with a baking paper. Grease the sides of the springform.
In a bowl mix butter with sugar. Stir in the eggs. Add low fat curd cheese, cream cheese, semolina, lemon juice and zest. Stir until smooth.
Pour into the springform. Place the cherries on top.
Bake for 35 – 40 minutes at 160°C.
