Cheese & raisin bread details
INGREDIENTS:Makes 1 regular loaf
150g milk
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp castor sugar
30g butter
30g cream cheese
230g bread flour
100g all purpose flour
1 tsp instant yeast
½tsp bread improver (optional)
½tsp bread softener (optional)
60g grated cheddar cheese
50g raisins
METHOD:
- Measure all ingredients, except cheddar cheese and raisin, into the bread pan in correct order as suggested by the manufacturer of your breadmaker. Insert bread pan into breadmaker.
- Select setting to Basic or Rapid. Select crust setting according to your preference. (I used DARK for this recipe).
- Press Start to begin. When breadmaker signals during secondary knead, add cheddar cheese and raisins.
