Cheddar cheese soup recipe details

Ingredients
1 small onion(s) |
120 g butter |
1 l chicken broth |
1 l milk |
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce |
700 g mild Cheddar cheese |
10 small potatoes |
Instructions
In a pot melt butter and cook onion until tender.
Add chicken broth, water and milk and bring to a boil.
Add potatoes, stir and let cook until potatoes are soft.
Reduce heat and add Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Stir everything until completely melted.
