Ingredients
500 g | cauliflower |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
For the Batter: | |
100 g | bread crumbs |
1 ½ tsp | salt |
2 medium | eggs |
1 dash(es) | pepper |
180 ml | milk |
Instructions
Mix together all ingredients for the batter and beat until well combined.Sprinkle pieces of cauliflower with salt and pepper and dip in batter. Fry in deep fat and drain on kitchen paper.
