Carrots with mint and lemon recipe details
Ingredients
700 g | baby carrots |
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon | |
1 tsp | brown sugar |
20 g | butter |
2 tbsp | mint, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the carrots in boiling water for about 10 minutes or until they are tender. Drain.Return the carrots to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Toss together over heat until the butter melts.
Serve immediately.
