Caramel ice cream topping recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | brown sugar |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
240 ml | light whipping cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Combine first 2 ingredients in a bowl and mix together.Then add cream and butter and mix again. Bring mixture to the boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer 8-10 minutes.
Stir occasionally until mixture thickens.
Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
