4 | prawns, cooked, peeled and cut open to a butterfly |
2 | lime, thinly sliced |
4 slice(s) | smoked salmon, halved |
8 tsp | crème fraîche |
2 | smoked trout fillets, halved |
4 tsp | horseradish |
1 tbsp | dill, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
4 tsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Top the baguettes with either prawns, salmon or trout fillet and garnish each with a lime slice.Mix together the crème fraîche, horseradish , dill and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Top each baguette with a dollop of the crème fraîche dressing. Serve immediately.
